What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- When you request a demo: your name, clinic or practice name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message field.
- When you join the AI calendar waitlist: your email address.
We do not collect patient data through this website, and we ask that you do not include any patient details in the message field.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To provide and set up our service if you become a customer.
- To send you updates about the AI calendar, but only if you joined that waitlist, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Our lawful basis
For demo enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made and in running our business. For waitlist emails, we rely on your consent, which you give by signing up and can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our website and handle enquiries. They process your data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- GoHighLevel, for handling demo enquiries and managing contacts.
- beehiiv, for the AI calendar waitlist and its emails.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in line with UK data protection law. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email contact@extivity.co.

This website is mostly static and does not set tracking cookies of its own. Embedded tools, such as the enquiry form and the waitlist signup, may set cookies needed for them to work.
